Group Coaching Program

Looking for a program that is less of a time commitment, but still packs a powerful punch? Look no further! This six week Group Coaching Program includes weekly one hour calls with a small group of other women who are all in the same boat as you, looking to make transformative change in their lives. Each person is coached individually during the group calls, but with the added benefit of also being able to listen to the others being coached as well. You will have the impact of having the personalized support of not only a Certified Health Coach, but also the other women in your group supporting you, cheering you on, and providing additional accountability along the way.

3 Month Program

It takes about a month to create a new habit, so with three months, we can make significant - but achievable - life changes that will truly stick. We will work together to find out what works best for you and your body. Plus, you can always choose to continue on with another coaching program after the initial three months!

6 Month Program

Why six months? This time period allows us to try out changes in nutrition and other lifestyle factors. The seasons will change, life events will unfold, career changes will occur…basically, a lot of life can happen in six months! This gives us a chance to work through all these factors together and create a healthy balance of sustainable, individualized habits that will take root and grow with you throughout your life.
